Throughout the week, the children took part in a range of practical activities to help them to develop their science knowledge and their skills as scientists. Some of the investigations included: counting taste buds and investigating the effects of hand washing in Year 3 and 4, seeing how the size of a paper boat affects how much weight it can carry in Year 5 and growing cress in Year 1.
